Silvia Villanueva
Silvia is a native Nevadan and licensed to practice law in Nevada and the District of Columbia. She has worked on behalf of Fortune 500 companies, law enforcement, labor unions, firefighters, teachers, and Americans with disabilities. She has helped shape local, state and federal law on issues related to economic development, education, workforce development, transportation, infrastructure, renewable energy, casino gaming, and super-priority liens. Silvia's experience also includes representing plaintiffs in personal injury matters, defending clients in breach of contract claims brought by credit card and financial services companies, and representing State of Nevada employees in grievance hearings in front of Nevada's Employee-Management Committee. She also sits as a member of the Reno Planning Commission.
She has represented clients in district court in general civil litigation matters and matters involving the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and state employment practices under NRS 613. Silvia helped her client blaze new trails by successfully petitioning Nevada’s Employee-Management Relations Board (EMRB) for designation as the Exclusive Bargaining Representative for State employed Non-Supervisory, Category I Peace Officers pursuant to SB 135 of Nevada’s 80th Legislative Session. Silvia received her undergraduate degree from the University of Nevada, Reno and obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas William S. Boyd School of Law in 2014.

Natasha Kiernan
Natasha is a senior paralegal with Adler & Villanueva, LLC and has more than two decades of experience in the legal profession. After Natasha obtained her Associate’s Degree in paralegal studies, she spent several years working in Reno as a litigation paralegal assisting with general business disputes, plaintiff wage and hour claims, and employment and labor matters. Currently, Natasha helps manage the firm’s probate, estate planning, bankruptcy, guardianship, and personal injury practice.
